You go check the switchboard, but the safeguard refuses to stay on. You go everywhere in the house unplugging everything and try again: the safeguard still switches power off.

You give in, and dine with candle light, thinking “bugger, I can’t read my emails!”. 😉

…eventually, you remember you have missed the oven plug: that little hidden bastard had short-circuited and melted! Fighting with the flashlight, you dismantle it, restore power and blog about the incident. 🙂
